At the YSH Law Firm, one of our top priorities is educating our community & improving overall quality of life.

Many members of our community are uninformed when it comes to Texas’ laws & the U.S. legal system. Our goal is to encourage our neighbors, families, and friends, by arming them with the information necessary to make empowered decisions for themselves & their loved ones.

Know Your Rights

“This nation was founded by men of many nations and backgrounds. It was founded on the principle that all men are created equal, and that the rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened.” –JFK

For almost 100 years, the American Civil Liberties Union has worked to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America. There is much uncertainty in our country at this point in time, and many of our neighbors are living in fear. Remember this: Knowledge is power. We have been lucky enough to have the ACLU create a collection of excellent resources that is accessible to everyone. Educate yourselves and your loved ones, arm yourself with knowledge of your rights, and please, pass this information along.
